Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how TCE Group, Inc. (“TCE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with your access to and use of the TCE platform, including our website, mobile application, marketplace features, social features, content feeds, messaging systems, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that we collect, use, and disclose information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Platform.

Summary of Key Points

TCE collects information needed to operate a modern collectibles marketplace. This may include account information, profile information, listing content, photos, transaction information, payment and payout-related information, shipping information, verification information, messages and exchange activity, device information, usage data, analytics data, support communications, and fraud prevention signals.

We use information to operate the Platform, process transactions, support buyers and sellers, verify users, prevent fraud, provide customer support, personalize feeds and marketplace experiences, improve product performance, communicate with users, enforce our policies, and comply with legal obligations.

Some information you provide or generate through the Platform may be visible to other users, including usernames, profiles, listings, listing photos, sold activity, sold prices, offer counts, seller stats, trust signals, reviews, and other marketplace activity.

We do not sell personal information. If we use advertising, analytics, pixels, SDKs, or similar technologies in ways that may be considered “sharing” or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws, we will provide required choices where applicable.

Payments, payouts, identity verification, fraud prevention, analytics, crash reporting, storage, hosting, communications, AI/OCR processing, and other Platform functions may be supported by third-party service providers.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in several ways depending on how you use the Platform.

Information You Provide

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, username, password or login credentials, profile information, contact preferences, shipping address, billing-related information, support communications, survey responses, and any other information you choose to provide.

If you create listings, sell items, purchase items, send offers, respond to offers, request information, communicate through exchanges, submit disputes, upload photos, or otherwise interact with the Platform, we collect information associated with those activities.

Marketplace, Listing, and Transaction Information

We collect information related to marketplace activity, including listings, item descriptions, listing photos, prices, categories, metadata, saved items, follows, offer activity, purchases, sales, order history, exchange history, shipping status, delivery information, dispute information, refunds, chargebacks, payout activity, seller status, trust indicators, reviews, and support activity.

This information helps us operate the marketplace, facilitate transactions, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, display relevant activity, and improve the Platform.

Payment, Payout, and Tax Information

Payments and payouts are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. TCE does not store full payment card numbers.

We may collect or receive payment-related and payout-related information, including transaction status, payment confirmation, refund status, chargeback information, payout status, connected account status, tax-related information, billing information, and risk or compliance signals. Payment processors may collect and process additional information under their own terms and privacy policies, including information used for payment processing, seller onboarding, fraud prevention, identity verification, tax reporting, and compliance.

Verification and Fraud Prevention Information

To maintain marketplace trust, support seller onboarding, comply with payment processor requirements, and prevent fraud, we may collect or receive verification and risk-related information. This may include identity verification status, date of birth, address, tax information, business information, payout account status, government identification information processed by third-party providers, fraud risk signals, account risk scores, device signals, and compliance information.

In many cases, sensitive verification materials such as government identification documents may be processed directly by third-party providers or payment processors rather than stored directly by TCE.

Communications and Exchanges

We collect communications and transaction-related interactions that occur through the Platform, including messages, structured buyer requests, timestamp photo requests, additional photo requests, offer communications, exchange activity, dispute communications, support messages, and related metadata.

We may review or process communications for transaction support, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, policy enforcement, legal compliance, product improvement, and customer support.

Device, Usage, Analytics, and Log Information

When you access or use the Platform, we may automatically collect technical and usage information, including IP address, device type, device identifiers, operating system, browser type, app version, language settings, referring pages, timestamps, pages or screens viewed, search activity, feature usage, taps or interactions, session activity, crash logs, diagnostic data, performance data, and error reports.

We may use analytics, crash reporting, monitoring, and product improvement tools, including services such as PostHog, Sentry, or similar providers, to understand how users interact with the Platform, detect bugs, improve performance, and maintain security.

Location Information

We generally do not need precise GPS location to operate the Platform. However, we may collect or infer approximate location from your IP address, device information, shipping address, billing information, payment information, fraud prevention tools, or user-provided information.

If we ever request access to precise device location, we will do so through device-level permissions where required.

Cookies, Pixels, SDKs, and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, mobile SDKs, local storage, web beacons, and similar technologies for authentication, security, fraud prevention, analytics, product improvement, preferences, marketing attribution, advertising, and Platform functionality.

You may be able to control certain cookies or tracking technologies through your browser, device settings, or Platform settings. Disabling certain technologies may affect Platform functionality.

AI/OCR and Automated Processing

TCE may use AI-assisted, OCR-assisted, image analysis, categorization, pricing, moderation, or automation tools to support listing creation, item identification, metadata extraction, fraud prevention, content moderation, search, discovery, and product improvement.

Listing photos, item information, and related content may be processed by TCE or third-party service providers to provide these features. Automated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are addressed further in the Terms of Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate, maintain, protect, and improve the Platform. This includes creating and managing accounts, enabling listings, facilitating offers and transactions, processing payments and payouts, supporting seller onboarding, providing shipping and order functionality, resolving disputes, responding to support requests, verifying users, preventing fraud, detecting abuse, enforcing policies, improving search and feeds, personalizing marketplace experiences, analyzing product usage, debugging errors, sending transactional communications, providing marketing or promotional communications where permitted, complying with legal obligations, and protecting the rights, safety, and property of TCE, users, and others.

We may also use information to display marketplace activity, such as listings, sold items, sold prices, offer counts, seller stats, reviews, badges, trust signals, and other activity signals within the Platform.

3. How Information Is Shared

Buyers and sellers involved in a transaction may receive information necessary to complete, support, or resolve that transaction, such as shipping information, order details, exchange activity, structured request information, dispute information, and fulfillment status.

Service Providers

We may share information with vendors and service providers that support the Platform, including payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, hosting and storage providers, analytics providers, crash reporting providers, monitoring tools, email and SMS providers, push notification providers, customer support tools, shipping providers, AI/OCR providers, and security vendors.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by their own terms and applicable law.

Payment Processors and Financial Partners

We share information with payment processors and financial partners such as Stripe to process payments, support connected seller accounts, manage payouts, verify identities, detect fraud, resolve chargebacks, comply with tax reporting obligations, and meet legal and payment network requirements.

Legal, Safety, and Compliance

We may disclose information when we believe it is necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable law, legal process, subpoenas, court orders, law enforcement requests, regulatory requests, tax requirements, payment processor requirements, fraud investigations, security investigations, policy enforcement, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of TCE, users, or others.

Business Transfers

If TCE is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction or related negotiations.

With Your Consent or Direction

We may share information with your consent, at your direction, or when you choose to use features that require information sharing.

4. Public Marketplace Activity

The Platform includes marketplace and social commerce features. Information you choose to make available through the Platform may be visible to other users and may be displayed publicly or within the Platform.

This may include listings, listing photos, seller profiles, usernames, badges, trust signals, seller stats, sales counts, reviews, follows, saves, offer counts, sold items, sold prices, activity signals, and other marketplace information.

You should not upload or post information that you do not want others to see. Copies of public or shared information may remain visible in feeds, transaction records, screenshots, cached pages, search results, dispute records, backups, or user communications even after deletion from your account or profile.

5. Communications

We may send transactional, administrative, security, and service-related communications, including account notices, login alerts, offer notifications, purchase updates, sale updates, shipping updates, payout updates, verification notices, dispute notices, policy updates, and support messages.

We may also send marketing or promotional communications where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing communications by using unsubscribe links, replying STOP to eligible SMS messages, adjusting notification settings where available, or contacting support. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send non-marketing messages related to your account, transactions, security, or use of the Platform.

Push notifications may be controlled through your device settings or Platform settings where available.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, operate the marketplace, complete transactions, provide support, comply with legal obligations, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, comply with tax and accounting obligations, satisfy payment processor requirements, and protect Platform integrity.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the purpose for processing, legal requirements, transaction history, dispute history, fraud risk, and operational needs.

If you request deletion of your account or information, we may retain certain information where permitted or required by law, including transaction records, tax records, payment records, dispute records, fraud prevention records, security logs, enforcement records, and backup records.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for using secure devices and networks when accessing the Platform.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we may deactivate the account and take reasonable steps to delete the information, subject to legal, safety, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping requirements.

9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your state of residence or applicable law, you may have rights to access personal information we maintain about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of information, obtain a copy of information, opt out of certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or appeal a privacy request decision.

These rights may be limited by applicable law, legal obligations, transaction records, fraud prevention needs, security requirements, dispute obligations, or other permitted reasons.

To submit a privacy request, contact us at support@tce.gg. We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request. If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may require proof of authorization and may also require you to verify your identity directly.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights available under applicable law.

10. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states, including California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws, may have additional rights regarding their personal information. These may include the right to know whether we process personal information, access personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete personal information, obtain a copy of personal information, opt out of targeted advertising, opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable, and appeal certain privacy request decisions.

TCE does not sell personal information. If we use advertising, analytics, pixels, SDKs, or similar technologies in a way that may be considered “sharing,” targeted advertising, or similar processing under applicable state privacy laws, we will provide required choices where applicable.

California residents may also have rights under California’s “Shine the Light” law to request information about certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

11. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Signals

Some browsers and devices provide “Do Not Track” or similar signals. Because there is not currently a uniform industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

Where required by applicable law, we will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals or global privacy controls.

12. International Users

The Platform is currently intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, payment processors, app stores, shipping providers, identity verification providers, or other external services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party services.

You should review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing information to them.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Platform, by email, or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Platform after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated policy.
