How do I find cards I am looking for?+
Use search, filters, and seller profiles to narrow listings by card, set, grade, condition, price, and listing type once the marketplace is live.
Can I buy directly from a seller?+
Yes. TCE lets you browse a seller's listings, view their profile, and check out securely in-app without jumping between DMs, social links, and payment apps.
Can I message sellers?+
Before purchase, TCE keeps communication focused with structured requests, such as requesting additional photos. Once an order is placed, live chat opens between buyer and seller so both sides can coordinate through delivery.
Can I make offers?+
Yes. Buyers will be able to make offers on eligible listings directly through TCE, without needing to negotiate through DMs or outside payment apps.
Will checkout be secure?+
Yes. TCE is being built with secure in-app checkout and order tracking so transactions can be protected from purchase to delivery.
What happens if there's a problem with my order?+
If there's an issue with an order, buyers will be able to open a dispute through TCE. Order details, tracking, and communication stay on-platform so both sides have a clear record.

How do I sell on TCE?+
Sellers can claim a username, create a profile, list cards, and share one TCE shop link where buyers can browse listings and check out in-app.
How fast can I create a listing?+
TCE is designed to make listing fast. Upload photos, confirm the card details, set your price, choose your shipping option, and publish to your shop.
Do buyers have to DM me to purchase?+
No. Buyers can purchase or make offers directly through TCE. Before purchase, communication stays focused through structured requests, and after purchase, live chat opens for order coordination.
What fees does TCE charge?+
TCE is built around low, transparent fees with no upfront cost to list. Any applicable fees are clearly shown before a listing is published or a purchase is completed, so buyers and sellers always know what to expect.
How does shipping work?+

When do I get paid?+
When an item sells, payment is held through the order process and released after delivery and the buyer protection window. Sellers will be able to track sales, shipping, and payout activity from their dashboard.
